1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HamDXMap [preprod], you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access HamDXMap [preprod] for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use HamDXMap [preprod] for:
- Any unlawful purpose or activity
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Transmitting harmful or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service
5. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the service without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
HamDXMap [preprod] shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
8. Inactive Account Deletion
Accounts that have not been accessed for 365 days (1 year) are automatically deleted. Before deletion, we send the following warning emails:
- A first warning 30 days before deletion
- A second warning 7 days before deletion
- A third warning 2 days before deletion
- A final notice on the deletion date, followed by a 24-hour grace period before the account is permanently removed
To keep your account active, simply log in once before the deadline. All warning emails include a direct link to the login page. A confirmation email is sent after deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
